It helps you work with difficult feelings and emotions more skillfully – all through learning practices in Mindfulness and meditation.
The course is for you if you find yourself:
- worrying a lot
- often distracted
- feeling agitated or anxious
And want to enhance your wellbeing and prepare yourself as best you can in the run up to exams or busy times in your life.
The course is run delivered by email with video and meditation downloads as well as exercises. It runs over 5 weeks – all delivered to your inbox.
The course will involve your own meditation practice – about 15mins a day so allow yourself some time if you’d like to come on this journey with us.
