As a Mindful Pathway 8 week course graduate, you can join our community monthly Mindfulness sessions on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.
Each month, we will discuss a new theme and meditate together. We invite a range of teachers to teach you, showing you new perspectives and approaches. It will be an opportunity to learn together, to support ourselves and each other in our Mindfulness practice.
Sessions run from 7.30-9pm with tea and coffee from 7.15pm.
Feel free to join us whether you are meditating daily, not at all or somewhere in between 🙂

Due to demand, it is recommended that you book in advance as sessions may be full. You can book for as many sessions as you wish – we just need 48 hours notice if you need to cancel a booking to get a refund.
