Our short courses are recommended to gain a full introduction to Mindfulness and allow employees to experience developing a daily Mindfulness practice.
The courses have been designed working closely with many employers; and allow employees enough time to reflect and practice within the confines of the working day
There are 2 courses available:
An introduction to Mindfulness for Creativity & Stress Reduction
The course includes:
- 5* 1hr 15min sessions
- Downloadable meditations for home practice
- Weekly emails with reminders of content covered
- Email contact with tutor(s) as desired
Mindful Leaders Programme
Mindful Leadership is a key interest of Ruth’s as a coach and Mindfulness teacher.
The programme is tailored to the organisation and can be run on a 1-2-1 or group basis either over a number of short sessions or a smaller number of longer sessions.
Starting with self-awareness and reflection, it includes a number of exercises as well as meditations and discussion.
